Terms of Service – Replyto.Chat

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Replyto.Chat, a service owned and operated by Tigasoft I.T. Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Replyto.Chat is an AI-powered sales bot automation platform that allows businesses to automate replies to customer inquiries through messaging platforms such as Messenger and WhatsApp. The service provides different subscription plans, including a Basic and Pro plan, and a Custom plan for power users with specialized needs.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Use the service for lawful business purposes only.
  • Not misuse the service in ways that could harm other users or the system.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Basic Plan: $49 USD per month, billed annually.
  • Pro Plan: $99 USD per month, billed annually.
  • For power users, a Custom Plan is available, with pricing determined based on specific requirements.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Non-payment or chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once a subscription is activated, except in cases where technical issues prevent you from using the service as described.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to the service will remain until that time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Replyto.Chat is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of Replyto.Chat constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
