Fair Use Policy – Replyto.Chat

1. Purpose of This Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy (FUP) outlines acceptable usage of the Replyto.Chat platform, owned and operated by Tigasoft I.T. Solutions. Its goal is to ensure reliable, secure, and high‑quality service for all users while preventing misuse or excessive resource consumption.

2. Message and API Usage

All subscription plans include a set amount of monthly usage credits, which may cover messaging, platform automation, and AI processing. Usage beyond the included credits may result in additional charges based on your current plan’s overage rates.

  • Basic plan includes messaging and AI credits sized for typical small‑business usage.
  • Fair usage assumes reasonable daily message traffic and normal conversational volume per customer.
  • Excessive or automated high‑frequency activity may trigger review or temporary throttling.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain service stability, users may not engage in the following:

  • Sending bulk SMS campaigns, spam, or unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Using Replyto.Chat for automated high‑volume messaging not initiated by real customer interactions.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, usage tracking, or system safeguards.
  • Using the system for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

4. Additional Charges

If a customer exceeds the allotted monthly usage, additional fees will apply:

  • Messaging: Billed per message at the current usage rate.
  • AI Processing: Billed based on the volume of generated or analyzed content.
  • Optional add-on blocks (e.g., +3,000 messages) may be billed automatically or upon request.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Replyto.Chat may monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance. If abnormal usage is detected, we may:

  • Notify the account holder for clarification.
  • Temporarily reduce message throughput.
  • Apply additional charges if applicable.
  • Suspended or terminate accounts in cases of repeated or severe violations.

6. Changes to This Policy

Tigasoft I.T. Solutions reserves the right to update this Fair Use Policy at any time to reflect new operational requirements, changes from third‑party vendors, or improvements to the platform. Notice will be provided on this page when updates occur.
